Tis the Season For Holiday Baking Part 2: Apple Crisp January 1, 2011

I forgot to take pictures for this one, but here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:

4 medium peeled apples, sliced
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup oats
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup softened butter

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Spread the apple slices in an 8 inch square pan. Mix remaining ingredients with a fork, sprinkle over apples. Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes.
