Cake Pops!!(: This is a recipe I’ve had for almost a month, but I never remembered to post it! haha but they are so much fun to do, and super simple to make!! Here is the recipe I got from Love From The Oven, who got it from Bakerella, The Cake Pop Queen!Recipe: 1 Box of Cake mix, any flavor, and whatever ingredients it calls for. 1 can of frosting, but you won’t use the whole thing!! 1 to 3 bags of colored baking chocolate(we used Wiltons), you’ll need about half a bag per color.(will vary depending on how many you make, and how many colors you use) Sprinkles(optional) LolliPop sticks(optional) Instructions: Mix up the cake, then bake according to the box. (You can also make your own cake). Let cool. We let ours cool overnight, to cut down on the time they took the next day. After cooling, cut up the cake, then shred it with a fork, or put it in a food processor or a mixing bowl. Mix in 1 small spoon of frosting, and see if it makes a dough. If not, add more one spoonful at a time. Once it makes a dough, roll them out into balls. If you’re using sticks, dip them into a little bit of the melted chocolate, then into the cake pops. Let the chocolate harden. Once hardened, dip the cake pops into the melted chocolate, and let the excess drip off. Sprinkle on some pretty sprinkles, or drizzle more colored chocolate on them, or leave them plain, Your choice! Let chocolate set up, then enjoy! Saint Patrick’s day Cake Pops! The cake inside is green!(: Gregg Pops! Cake Pops with my youth pastor’s face on them! The cake pops we made for my sister’s and my Birthday party! The cake pops i made for youth group. This is before…….. and this is after! My friends and I made GIANT cake balls during spring break because we didn’t want to roll out all the little balls! It was fun, but I probably won’t do that again!! Haha you can’t dip them in the chocolate very well, and you definitely can’t eat a whole one in one sitting! But it was fun, and we couldn’t stop laughing!!! Come to think of it, we laugh every time we make cake pops!! Must be something in them……. Anyway, enjoy!!
